Cabinet Secretary responsible for matters relating to climate change

Amends the Forest Conservation and Management Act to make further provision for afforestation and reforestation of indigenous forest in Kenya and promote tree-planting in all counties; and amends the Climate Change Act to provide for setting and formulation of strategies to achieve national environment targets and annual carbon sequestration targets.
