Office of the Artificial Intelligence Commissioner

Provides a framework for the regulation and governance of artificial intelligence; establishes the Office of the Artificial Intelligence Commissioner and the Advisory Committee on Artificial Intelligence; provides for risk classification, obligations for high-risk systems, transparency, regulatory sandboxes, ethical guidelines, literacy programmes and public-sector use; and prescribes offences, penalties and regulations.
