The Complaint against the 1st and 2nd Respondent is hereby dismissed. The 3rd Respondent is hereby found liable and ordered to compensate the 1st and 2nd Complainant Kenya shillings Three Hundred Thousand shillings only (KES 300,000). A recommendation for prosecution is made against the 3rd Respondent’s board of management for obstruction of the Data Commissioner.
