Elections Act, No. 24 of 2011

Specifies two nominated members representing the youth, two representing marginalised groups, and persons with disability reflecting the number of wards in the respective county; requires at least five percent of members of a county assembly to be persons with disability; and provides for representation of physical, hearing and visual impairments.
