The Anti-Doping (Amendment) Bill, 2026

Muhtasari

Amends the Act to align it with the World Anti-Doping Agency Code; provides the Agency’s exclusive mandate, operational independence, testing and enforcement powers; prohibits doping; restructures dispute resolution; requires sports organisations to comply with the Anti-Doping Rules; and increases fines and terms of imprisonment for offences.
