Establishes the Gold Processing Corporation; provides for the application, cancellation and renewal of a gold processing licence; establishes a legal and institutional framework for collecting, purifying, smelting, fabricating, homogenizing, sampling, registering, monitoring and transporting of gold or products of gold; and amends the Mining Act.
