Summary

Provides for the establishment, powers and functions of the Kenya National Educational Assessments Council and the conduct of assessments; registration, hosting and merger of assessment centres; e-assessment; candidates and certification; assessment malpractices; financial and transitional provisions; and repeal of the Kenya National Examinations Council Act (Cap. 214A).
