Summary

Establishes the County Governments Retirement Scheme; provides for membership, contributions by members and sponsors, investment and management of Scheme assets, payment of benefits, and protection of members’ accrued rights and benefits; establishes a Board of Trustees; and provides transitional arrangements for transfer from the Local Authorities Provident Fund.
