The applications shall be accompanied by: Dully filled form C20; Current (2026) Certificate of Registration (CR12/CR13); Valid Tax Compliance Certificate for the Company; Certificate of Bond & Debt clearance; Copy of previous C21 (License); KIFWA Clearance Certificate for year of application.
